Barneys chicken or signature broths are perfect for making your roast chicken tastier and healthier!
Using the broth in your marinate can provide extra nutrients and awesome flavor.

Bone Broth Marinated Chicken
(marinates 1 whole chicken)
2 cups Barney’s Bone Broth
2 Shallots, peeled and small diced
3 cloves Garlic, peeled and smashed
1tsp fresh Thyme, picked
1 tbsp fresh Parsley, rough chopped
1tsp fresh Rosemary, rough chopped
1 lemon, juiced and zested
2tbsp Sea Salt
1tsp Black Pepper, course ground
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until mostly smooth. Set the chicken into a pot or container and fill with the marinade. Let sit for 24 hours or overnight. When ready to cook, place the chicken on a roasting rack and bake in a 325F oven for approx. 2 hours or until it reached 165F. Let the chicken rest for 10 min before carving.
